Attention Samsung Home Appliance Owners: 
 If you need service on your Samsung home appliance and are within your first year warranty, Please call Samsung at
1-800-Samsung
In order to track the quality of their home appliances Samsung prefers that you set up the service for your appliance through them first.  You can then request the service center that you would like to come service your unit.  Be sure to ask that your ticket be sent to Statewide Appliance Services,Inc., that way you are sure to receive the best possible repair experience.
 
 
Attention Frigidaire Service Contract Holders:
Begining April 21, 2009 you will need to call Frigidaire prior to calling your service company to obtain a pre-authorization number.  You can contact the Extended Service Agreement Center by phone at 1-866-368-5286 or via e-mail at ESA.Admin@electrolux.com  When contacting the ESA Call Center, be sure to have the following:
    1. ESA Contract #
    2. Description of what is wrong with the product
Be sure to tell them that you would like Statewide Appliance Services, Inc. to be the service company that comes out to service your appliance.

Did you have us for service?  Did you like us enough to recommend us to friends and family?  If you did, have them tell us that you sent them to us for their appliance repair and you get the credit.  A 5% discount credit for every referral that you send to us that results in a completed repair.  Credits never expire and can be saved and used up to 25% off of any out of warranty repair.

The second easy way to earn yourself a discount:
Give us a positive on-line review, tell us where and as soon as it's verified, you get the credit. (This credit is only available once)
